We aim to describe every listing honestly, show useful photographs, and communicate what we know about the source, condition, compatibility, and identifying marks of the part.
What our descriptions mean
When a listing identifies a part as OEM, Mopar, factory, aftermarket, refurbished, rebuilt, used, or new, that wording reflects the information available for that particular item. A product should not be treated as OEM merely because it fits an OEM application. Where a part number, casting mark, label, or connector is visible, photographs and listing information should be used together. Cosmetic wear, surface marks, paint variation, storage dust, and age-related signs can be normal for used truck parts and will be noted where practical.
Fitment confidence
Generation alone does not always determine compatibility. Engine, transmission, cab style, wheelbase, trim, axle, wiring, options, production date, and regional specifications may change the correct part. Our fitment notes are intended to help, but the customer must compare the listing with the vehicle before ordering. Contact us before purchase if you need help checking a part number or photograph.
Quality review
We review inventory before listing and make a reasonable effort to identify missing pieces, visible damage, corrosion, cracks, wear, and other relevant conditions. Some parts are tested when practical; if a listing makes no testing claim, do not assume that it has been bench-tested. A part that requires professional installation should be inspected by a qualified technician before use.
Our guarantee
Our guarantee is that the item we ship should materially match its listing and arrive in the stated condition, subject to the applicable Refund Policy. If something appears materially wrong, contact us before installation with your order number, photographs, and details. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, work toward a replacement, return, or refund.
This guarantee does not cover incorrect customer fitment, installation damage, modification, misuse, racing or competition use, normal wear, labor, towing, diagnostics, downtime, or consequential losses. It does not extend a manufacturer warranty unless the listing specifically states that one exists. We cannot guarantee that a used part will restore a vehicle to new condition.
